Both Houses of parliament will resume their respective sessions today (Monday) afternoon following a two-day break.

Sources in the National Assembly Secretariat told Daily Times that two reports of the standing committees, including a report on the Money Laundering Bill, and a calling attention notice on the audit of Pakistan’s foreign embassies, besides the discussion on the Karachi bomb blast and subsequent arson at Bolton Market would be on the agenda of the day in the Lower House. As per the decision of the House Business Advisory Committee, the National Assembly will meet in the afternoon on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
